Make the search brief realistic
The Housing Search Review helps movers who have selected a city but are uncertain whether their budget, district list and application approach fit the local rental market. We look at the difference between cold and warm rent, ancillary costs, deposit expectations and the wording that deserves closer attention in an advert.
You receive an opening call, comments on up to six example listings, a document-readiness checklist and a follow-up call one week later. We help you organise questions and spot gaps; we do not certify listings, contact landlords, submit applications or interpret a tenancy agreement as legal counsel.
For privacy, use redacted examples and do not share identity documents. Prepare your maximum monthly housing cost, household size, preferred districts and any accessibility or pet requirements.
