Acceptance and scope

By using this website or confirming a written engagement, you accept these terms. Digital Trackbase provides educational relocation consultation concerning German city selection, housing-search preparation and moving sequence. A proposal or booking confirmation defines the particular scope.

We are not an estate agent, immigration adviser, lawyer, tax adviser or property manager. Guidance is general and cannot guarantee visa, tenancy, registration or landlord decisions. You remain responsible for independent verification and final choices.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, timely information, attend scheduled calls and avoid sending unnecessary identity, financial or health records. You must seek licensed advice where law, tax, immigration or contract interpretation is involved. Website content may not reflect a recent market change.

Fees, scheduling and cancellation

Fees and due dates appear in the written confirmation. No service begins until required payment is received. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions are detailed in our refund policy and form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The website copy, visual identity, original checklists and tailored reports remain owned by Digital Trackbase. A paying client receives a personal, non-transferable right to use delivered materials for their own relocation. You may not publish, resell or remove attribution from those materials without written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Trackbase is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunity, landlord conduct, unavailable housing, travel interruption or decisions made using incomplete information. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement will not exceed the fee paid for that engagement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third-party links and availability

Links to property portals, authorities or transport services are supplied for convenience. We do not control their accuracy, security or availability. We may update or withdraw website material without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand (TH), without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Thailand will hear disputes, unless mandatory law requires another forum. Changes

Material changes will be dated on this page. Continued website use after publication means the revised website terms apply; changes to an already confirmed engagement require written agreement.
